You can return and change the products in your order within 3 days from the day they arrive, provided that they are not used and the packaging & product not damaged.

Shipping costs for changes and returns belong to you and an email or whatsapp message is expected after sending. The international deliveries (countries other than Turkey) is by UPS and You can contact us to discuss Company deals.

After checking the returned products, the change will be within 14 working days from the date of receiving the cargo.

If you think any damage occured during UPS delivery, open and check the packages with the courier. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company. Do not forget that after the delivery of the product, you have accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty.
